Notwithstanding the above, Guirenniao may seek injunctive relief or other temporary remedies from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its Intellectual Property rights or prevent immediate harm, without first engaging in negotiation or arbitration.

13. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: Guirenniao’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them to any third party without our prior written permission. Guirenniao may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor in interest without notice.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Exchanges Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Guirenniao with respect to your use of the Site and purchase of products, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings (whether oral or written).
